February is tough, and travelling is cancelled. Join me for a meditation vacation, where visualization exercises will whisk you away to sandy beaches and ocean shores, where mindfulness exercises will remind you that this too shall pass and where a brief retreat to total silence twice each week just might make you feel at home in your body and breath again.
How It Works:
Starting February 10th and every Wednesday and Friday until March 12th, I will email you a short and sweet 5-10 minute meditation video or audio track. Your challenge? Do it each week! Commit yourself to 4 weeks of mindfulness and I promise you won’t regret it.
It will cost you about the same as a coffee and a cookie but I promise it will give you more energy 🙂
