February Flow & Restore Online Yin Yoga Program



Tackle the winter blues this February with this online Flow & Restore Yoga Program – a delicate balance of strength building movement and deep meditation

Alas, as the weather cools down and stay-at-home order remains, I am still here offering Online Programs and private online classes for my wonderful students. The next program, to wake you up from the darkest and most depressing month here in Ontario, is called February FLOW & RESTORE. And… the first 5 people to sign up get a FREE Window Workout (or in person private class, when permissible by government regulations!).

Here is what I have in store for my February Flow & Restore students:

– One 1 hour online flow yoga recording emailed to you every Wednesday morning in February
– One LIVE online 1 hour yin yoga class every Sunday night at 8:30pm in February (recording sent within 24 hours)
– One free private yoga window workout or in person session (redeemable within 6 months) to the first 5 registrants!



Course Schedule: 

Wednesday February 3rd: Pre-recorded flow yoga

Sunday February 7th: Live yin yoga for your hips from 8:30pm-9:30pm

Wednesday February 10th: Pre-recorded flow yoga

Sunday February 14th: Live yin yoga and restorative heart opening class from 8:30pm-9:30pm

Wednesday February 17th: Pre-recorded flow yoga

Sunday February 21st: Live Restorative yoga for relaxation from 8:30-9:30pm

Wednesday February 24th: Pre-recorded flow yoga

Sunday February 28th: Live Flow and Restore Yoga Class for stress relief from 8:30-9:30pm
