Summer is hot. Summer energy is fiery. Add that to the increasing levels of stress and tension around reopening, resocializing and returning back to life as it was before. But we got into routines, habits, tight knit little pods. And this reintegration needs to be processed. I believe a quiet yoga practice is the place where that processing can happen.
This month long program is devoted to balancing the yang energy of summer with some sweet yin yoga postures, guided meditations and calming movements. The recurring theme all month is gratitude and appreciation. All classes occur live but are recordings are sent following class.
